KLOW Blend

KLOW Blend is a four-component research formulation that extends the GLOW combination with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH. The vial combines GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1), BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV in a single lyophilized 80mg presentation, commonly formulated at a 50mg / 10mg / 10mg / 10mg ratio. Each of the four components is an independently characterized research peptide, detailed in the component profiles below.

The addition of KPV broadens the blend toward NF-kB and inflammatory-signaling research alongside the tissue-repair, angiogenic, and matrix pathways represented by the other three peptides. KLOW is supplied as a freeze-dried powder for reconstitution and is intended strictly for in vitro and preclinical Research Use Only. It is not for human or veterinary use.

Research Findings

KLOW has no blend-level publication record; its research basis is the combined literature of its four components. Beyond the GLOW peptides, KPV is studied in preclinical inflammatory-bowel and dermatitis models as the anti-inflammatory C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, reported to modulate NF-kB signaling without the pigmentary activity of the parent hormone.

Researchers select KLOW to combine matrix, angiogenic, cytoskeletal, and inflammatory pathways in a single preparation. All reported activity is preclinical and experimental, with no human efficacy conclusions.

History

KLOW is a market-defined extension of the GLOW blend, adding KPV, a tripeptide first studied for anti-inflammatory activity derived from alpha-MSH, to the GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 combination to create a four-peptide research preparation.
